Spicy Guacamole Dip Recipe 墨西哥酪梨醬

Guacamole is one of my favorite American-Mex appetizer. It’s so easy to make, but taste so good. I normally make salsa and guac the same time since it contains very similar ingredients. Chopping double the ingredients saves time and can have two different dip at the same time. Awesome!!

To make a good guac, you don’t need skills at all. Just mix all chopped ingredients together and adjust the taste to your preference. The guacamole could go with chip, wraps, or into sandwiches. Sometimes, I even just use a spoon and eat it all directly. Love the creamy and spicy texture and taste. 🙂 


  • 3 Avocados
  • 1/2 onion minced
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 green onion minced
  • 1/2 tomato seeded and finely diced
  • 1/2 jalapeno seeded and minced
  • Cilantro minced 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/8 tsp
  • Pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Old Bay seasoning 1/8 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/8 tsp
  • Paprika 1/8 tsp
Note: Avocados How To
The ready-to-eat avocados would have darker skin (almost black) and slightly soft. To cut the avocados, just slice it vertically along the head to the bottom around the seed, then slightly twist the two hemispheres.

Just well mix all ingredients and enjoy!!







  • 3 顆酪梨
  • 1/2 顆洋蔥切細末
  • 3 顆蒜頭切細末
  • 1 根蔥切細末
  • 1/2 顆蕃茄去籽切丁
  • 1/2 棵墨西哥辣椒,去籽切末
  • 香菜切末 1 大匙
  • 鹽 1/8 小匙
  • 粗粒黑胡椒 1/4 小匙
  • 1/8 小匙 old bay 調味粉 (內容物有辣椒粉、紅椒粉、鹽、蒜粉等香料)
  • 1/8 小匙孜然/ 小茴香粉
  • 西班牙紅椒粉 1/8 tsp
