Spicy Guacamole Dip Recipe 墨西哥酪梨醬

Guacamole is one of my favorite American-Mex appetizer. It’s so easy to make, but taste so good. I normally make salsa and guac the same time since it contains very similar ingredients. Chopping double the ingredients saves time and can have two different dip at the same time. Awesome!!

To make a good guac, you don’t need skills at all. Just mix all chopped ingredients together and adjust the taste to your preference. The guacamole could go with chip, wraps, or into sandwiches. Sometimes, I even just use a spoon and eat it all directly. Love the creamy and spicy texture and taste. 🙂 

Ingredients:

  • 3 Avocados
  • 1/2 onion minced
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 green onion minced
  • 1/2 tomato seeded and finely diced
  • 1/2 jalapeno seeded and minced
  • Cilantro minced 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/8 tsp
  • Pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Old Bay seasoning 1/8 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/8 tsp
  • Paprika 1/8 tsp
Note: Avocados How To
The ready-to-eat avocados would have darker skin (almost black) and slightly soft. To cut the avocados, just slice it vertically along the head to the bottom around the seed, then slightly twist the two hemispheres.

Just well mix all ingredients and enjoy!!

墨西哥酪梨醬

墨西哥酪梨醬是在美國很常見的小吃,可以配墨西哥玉米脆片,或是配上捲餅、三明治、甚至直接吃都很開胃。夏天的時候是很方便又好吃的點心,也是開Party的時候很容易準備又美觀且受歡迎的一道菜。

因為酪梨醬和莎莎醬基本材料都差不多,所以我通常都一次準備兩份材料,同時做好酪梨醬和莎莎醬,可以一次享受兩種口味。好好吃~

基本上做這道完全不需要技術,只要把所有材料剁細,酪梨刮出來之後和調味料、材料均勻拌一拌,就可以上桌囉!!

材料:

  • 3 顆酪梨
  • 1/2 顆洋蔥切細末
  • 3 顆蒜頭切細末
  • 1 根蔥切細末
  • 1/2 顆蕃茄去籽切丁
  • 1/2 棵墨西哥辣椒,去籽切末
  • 香菜切末 1 大匙
  • 鹽 1/8 小匙
  • 粗粒黑胡椒 1/4 小匙
  • 1/8 小匙 old bay 調味粉 (內容物有辣椒粉、紅椒粉、鹽、蒜粉等香料)
  • 1/8 小匙孜然/ 小茴香粉
  • 西班牙紅椒粉 1/8 tsp
筆記: 處理酪梨
熟度夠可以吃的酪梨,皮會偏深色(接近黑色),用手輕輕捏會稍微一點點軟帶彈性。將酪梨縱切一圈,然後兩手輕輕一轉,就可以把酪梨分成兩半,把中間的子去掉之後就可以輕鬆用湯匙把酪梨肉刮出來囉!
