Bacon Frittata Cups, Have a nice cute brunch 小巧可愛的迷你義式培根烘蛋

Isn’t it sweet to wake up early in a weekend morning to take your time and enjoy cooking for your families? Let this indulgence smell of bacon frittata wake your significant other up to join a perfect holiday brunch with you is the best way to spend a relaxing weekend morning. 

The mini size of bacon cups looks very cute and can be a party dish as well. Best of all, it’s so easy to make~

Servings: 12 cups      Total Time: 60 mins       Difficulty: easy


  • 12 bacon strips
  • 5 whole eggs
  • 5-6 baby bella mushrooms chopped
  • Chopped broccoli 1/2 cup
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup
  • 2 scallions minced
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • [Seasoning] Some freshly cracked black pepper
  • [Seasoning] Salt 1/4 tsp (optional)
  • [Seasoning] Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
  • [Seasoning] Paprika powder or chilli powder 1 pinch


  1. Slice the bacon strips into 3 pieces and place each piece into a cupcake tin to form 12 bacon cups.DSC04532
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place all chopped vegetables evenly into each cup.DSC04535
  3. Beat eggs with all of the [Seasoning] ingredients in a large bowl, then pour into each cup.DSC04537
  4. Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then bake for 25-30 mins or until the cheese is golden.DSC04541

義式烘蛋 (Frittata) 和法式鹹派 (Quiche) 或是西班牙烘蛋 (Tortilla de patatas) 有異曲同工之妙。都是在西式早餐中常見的蛋、起士、蔬菜和培根或火腿等薰肉一起烹調的料理。只是義式烘蛋和法式鹹派一樣用烤箱直接烘烤,但義式烘蛋沒有派皮。西班牙烘蛋一般有加馬鈴薯片,且先用煎鍋炒過,然後直接煎熟或是之後再放進烤箱烤熟。其實內容物和味道吃起來大同小異,都是類似的料理喔!

義式烘蛋 Frittata
法式鹹派 Quiche
西班牙烘蛋 Tortilla de Patatas



  • 12 條培根
  • 5 顆全蛋
  • 5-6 顆貝拉磨菇切丁
  • 花椰菜丁 約 1/2 杯
  • 新鮮蕃茄丁 約 1/4 杯
  • 2 根青蔥末
  • 乳酪絲 約 1/2 杯
  • [調味料] 粗粒黑胡椒 少許
  • [調味料] 鹽 1/4 小匙 (可省略)
  • [調味料] 大蒜粉 1/4 小匙
  • [調味料] 紅椒粉/辣椒粉 1 小搓


  1. 將培根片切成3等份。將每片培根鋪上杯子蛋糕烤盤中做底
  2. 預熱烤箱 375°F。將所有蔬菜丁均勻放進每個培根杯裡
  3. 在一個大碗將蛋與所有 [調味料] 拌勻 (因為培根已經有鹹味了所以鹽不需要很多,甚至可以省略喔)。把蛋液均勻倒入每個培根杯中。蛋汁烘烤過還會膨脹一點,所以不需要倒太滿
  4. 在上面灑上乳酪絲,就可以送進烤箱烤約 25-30 分鐘,或到上面的Cheese 呈現金黃色就可以吃早餐囉!
