Super Easy Baked Italian Meatballs 偷吃步義式烤肉丸子

This is a super easy/ cheating recipe. 😛 Instead of the ground beef or pork and all kinds of seasonings, I just simply use the stuffing of Italian sausages which already have plenty of flavors or even a little salty. Adding the vegetables, an egg, and all other ingredients can not only add more layers of flavors into the meatballs, but also can mild the saltiness. 

You can either directly eat the baked meatballs, or you can cook the meatballs in red sauce with pasta. I just can’t wait and eat the meatballs right out of the oven this time with some fresh salsa and baked parmesan zucchini chips. So yum!!

Servings: 2-3      Total Time: 45 mins       Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 5 Italian sausages
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 onion minced
  • 1 green onion minced
  • Panko crumbs 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Some freshly cracked black pepper

Directions:

  • Remove all of the skins of Italian sausages and mix the sausage meat with all other ingredients until sticky.DSC04458
  • Preheat oven to 375 °F. Lining up the rounded meatballs onto a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.DSC04460
  • Test out one to see if it is fully cooked with golden crust, then READY to SERVE!!DSC04465

超簡單義式烤肉丸子

直接用義式香腸肉加上洋蔥、蛋、麵包粉等材料做成的義式烤肉丸子是超級簡單又好吃的”偷吃步”。義式香腸本身已經有各種香料調味,而且一般味道偏鹹。加上各種材料後,可以中和義式香腸本身的鹹味,又可以增加一點蔬菜的清甜和口感。烤好的義式肉丸子可以直接吃,或是加上義大利麵紅醬配上義大利麵一起吃,又是另一種吃法喔!

材料:

  • 5 條義式香腸 (1 包)
  • 1 顆全蛋
  • 1 顆洋蔥切末
  • 1 根青蔥花
  • 麵包粉 2 大匙
  • 美奶茲 2 大匙
  • 粗粒黑胡椒 少許

做法:

  • 將所有香腸膜去掉只留下內餡。將香腸肉與所有材料拌勻到有黏性
  • 預熱烤箱到 375 °F。將肉餡搓成肉丸子擺上烤盤 (底下鋪一層烤盤紙可以防黏也比較好清洗),烤約 30 分鐘或到肉丸表面呈金黃中間熟透,就可以上菜了!

我這回等不及配紅醬就直接吃烤好的肉丸子,配上一點新鮮莎莎醬,和節省烤箱在另一層一起烤的起士櫛瓜脆片,營養又美味的一餐就完成囉!!
